“A big “Thank You!!” to Foundation Wellness! I started practicing in this yoga space when the studio was under a different name and ownership. I completely fell in love with it and after practicing there for over 3 years was not at all looking forward to it changing hands. Honestly, I am so thankful that I stayed the course and gave Stephanie and the other instructors at Foundation Wellness a chance. Each instructor really does bring something special and unique to the table and it truly is a no judgment studio. Physically, I am still enjoying all the amazing toning and flexibility benefits of yoga, but now I’m also learning new things and being encouraged to challenge myself with new poses. Yoga though for me is not just about the workout, it is a way of being. I have always struggled with stress, anxiety and finding true self-awareness. Through yoga I have learned to stop judging myself; to appreciate my strengths and to be ok when things are physically, mentally and emotionally out of my control. I’ve also learned the importance of having a mind / body connection and that when you are grounded, you really can breathe your way through most any type of uncomfortable. I am very grateful to call Foundation Wellness my yoga home and am I’m looking forward to the exciting things this growing studio will continue to offer.”
